Join the Layla Sales Team!
As we grow, we’re looking for a Part-Time Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in Barcelona to drive our expansion and connect with forward-thinking clients. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the entire sales process—from initial outreach to closing the deal. As an SDR, you’ll play a crucial role in securing new clients, building relationships, and supporting Layla’s growth goals.
This position reports directly to the Director of Sales, giving you the opportunity to learn, collaborate, and grow within a supportive environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Gain in-depth knowledge of Layla’s innovative solutions for sustainable property management.
• Conduct market research to identify ideal customer profiles and strategies to reach them effectively.
• Develop regional prospecting strategies and pitches, helping to tailor our approach to specific markets.
• Identify new business opportunities that align with Layla’s mission and growth goals.
• Reach out to prospects through various channels, manage the sales cycle, and close deals independently.
• Qualify leads by understanding their needs and ensuring they meet criteria for progressing in the sales funnel.
• Work closely with the Director of Sales to refine strategies and achieve quarterly revenue targets.
What You Need to Succeed
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels.
• Proficiency in cold outreach, email personalization, and multichannel prospecting.
• A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Good self-organization and time management skills.
• A keen interest in sustainable technology and travel.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (other languages are a plus!).
