The PMO to the COO provides strategic advisory and coordination support to different stakeholders, mainly the Executive and Steering Committees, Corporate Areas Leaders and Project / Task Force owners of most relevant strategic projects.
This role involves a set of different and complementing skills:
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving, meaning the ability to approach and tackle complex problems using structured approaches of problem definition, gathering data, developing several hypotheses / scenarios, and generating solutions / actions.
- Planning projects.
- Understanding the needs for business information to support projects presentations for decision makers.
- Multitasking and time management.
- Attention to detail.
- Mindset of customer service.
- Work under pressure, to handle different activities at the same time and work with short deadlines.
- Previous project planning experience, reporting to Senior Management and being able to manage executives.
Previous consulting experience will be valued for this role and the profile should be fluent both in Spanish and English language.
RESPONSPONSIBILITIES
- Collecting and analyzing information for the conceptualisation and development of the company's different internal projects.
- Drawing up and implementing internal proposals for the development of different projects.
- Supporting the COO in drawing up and monitoring the company's strategic plan / Corporate Key projects.
- Working closely with the Finance team and Management Control to produce analysis and business information for ExCom and SteerCom decision makers.
- Facilitating and actively promoting dialogue between the various project stakeholders, ensuring consistency, efficiency and alignment of business goals.
- Monitoring the development and implementation of projects, ensuring that they are realized in a timely manner and achieve the defined objectives.
- Managing the validation of the various project progress and results.
- Planning the communication of the most important milestones of ongoing projects / corporate events.
- Working closely with the Talent team for internal communications initiatives, particularly regarding the projects under coordination.
