We are looking for a Team Manager with advanced English for a leading multinational automotive company to manage a team that is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of quality in all interactions.

Offer Conditions

• Permanent contract.
• 39-hour work week.
• Schedule: Mon-Thurs 9 - 18h, Fri 9 - 17h.
• Salary: 28.000€ gross/year.
• Training within a contract.
• On-site work modality at our offices in Puerta de Toledo/Pirámides - Paseo Imperial, 14. Potential transition to a hybrid work model after the learning curve is overcome.
• An excellent work environment within an international team.
  
  

Requirements

• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• English C1 minimum (Is valuable knowledge of another language).
• Knowledge of ‘luxury’, team management (there will be 15 people), teaching experience because you will be a contact person for all the information and you have to know how to transmit well the info to the agents and, for that reason, it will be a plus.
• Residence in any area of Madrid.
