We are Cambridge University Press & Assessment, a world-leading academic publisher and assessment organisation and a proud part of the University of Cambridge. We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Assistant to support the Iberia Marketing department in driving strategic campaigns across product, service, promotion, events, and digital platforms. This role will play a key part in achieving KPIs aligned with sales, brand, and global objectives, ensuring the growth of our local campaigns.

About The Role

As Marketing Assistant, you will:

• Maintain and update the Cambridge English website using Tridion.
• Coordinate marketing content for newsletters, blogs, and product campaigns.
• Support promotional activities and contribute to marketing content creation.
• Organize market research, analyse trends, and liaise with external customers/agencies.
• Manage the monitoring of campaigns with key retailers like Amazon.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, technology) and external partners (exam centers, distributors) to deliver impactful marketing solutions.
  
  

About You:

You are a results-driven marketing professional with:

• A BSc or MA in Marketing, Communication, or a relevant field.
• Proficiency in B2 First/C1 English and native fluency in Spanish (C2).
• Strong problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills.
• A passion for collaboration, empowerment, and driving innovation within a diverse global network.
• Experience in the education sector and familiarity with CUPA digital products are highly desirable.
