Murzilli Consulting is a digital aviation consultancy firm founded in 2020 by Lorenzo Murzilli and based in Switzerland, with further subsidiaries in Germany, Hungary, the United Kingdom. We do this by acting as a digital outsourced regulatory department and working with clients to support them in establishing a high-performing internal regulatory function. Our primary focus is on emerging technologies in the sectors of crewed and uncrewed aviation, advanced air mobility and U-space (including all derivative focuses).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Support:

 Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns, both online and offline.

2. Content Creation:

 Help create and manage content for various platforms (social media, website, blogs, email newsletters, etc.).

3. Social Media Management:

 Maintain the company’s social media profiles by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and tracking performance metrics.

4. Market Research:

 Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and target audiences to inform marketing strategies.

5. Event Coordination:

 Assist in organizing marketing events, webinars, and promotional activities.

6. Email Marketing:

 Help design and implement email campaigns, including list management, creating email templates, and tracking performance.

7. Administrative Support:

 Provide administrative support such as preparing presentations, reports, and marketing materials for the team.

8. Analytics & Reporting:

 Track and analyze marketing performance data (social media, web traffic, email campaigns) and provide insights to the marketing manager.

9. Collaboration:

 Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, product development) and external vendors or partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing efforts.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or currently pursuing).

- Prior experience or internships in marketing is a plus.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English is a must and will be examed during the interview

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Google Analytics, MailChimp).

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Please note that remote work is not an option at our company. A minimum of four days per week of in-office work is required, with standard working hours from 9 AM to 5 PM.
