What will be your role?


We are looking for a Sales director who helps us to get new clients and expand our brand. Your role will be crucial, as you will lead the sales strategy and take us to the next level, motivating your subordinates to reach the company's objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop deep and trusted advisor relationships with CXO level stakeholders
  • Ownership of sales strategy
  • Identification of sales opportunities with the vertical sales team of Business units
  • Working with the solutions teams to shape opportunities to maximise revenue and probability of winning
  • Develop sales strategies and tailored value propositions and solutions for clients
  • Develop and maintain account sales plans & opportunity close plans
  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline within the sales management tool
  • Leads and motivates the sales team to execute the sales strategy effectively.


Requirements:

  • Experienced in selling large/complex transformational and/or outsourcing services contracts with a combination of on-shore and off-shore delivery models
  • Experience in selling Cloud, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Employee Experience, Digital Workplace and/or Enterprise Service Management solutions.
  • Experience in analysing challenges of potential customers and leading commercial conversations around Return on Investment (ROI) and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) with CXO level stakeholders Understanding of business environments, issues and trends
  • Demonstrable track record of opening previously out of scope areas of existing customers and/or displacing incumbent providers
  • Demonstrable track record in building relationships and influence at CXO level · Experience in working within a global, matrix, organisation
  • Extensive experience to drive new prospects and deliver proactive proposals to influence in advance new deals
  • Strong leadership skills to influence individuals to drive winning solutions / proposals
  • C1 english level
