Job Opportunity: Business Development Manager (Shared National Responsibility)

We are seeking a Business Development Manager for a medtech company specialising in minimally invasive treatments and cutting-edge endoscopy-focused products. Role Overview:
Based in or around Madrid as ideal location, this role offers flexibility to travel across Spain and sharing responsibility with another BDM. You will play a pivotal role in driving growth, unlocking opportunities in new areas, and managing relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion: Identify and secure new business opportunities across Spain with
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement teams, theatre staff, and hospital departments specialising in minimally invasive procedures.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategies to penetrate untapped markets and grow product adoption.
- Product Expertise: Serve as a trusted advisor, educating customers on the benefits of minimally invasive products.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align on sales objectives and deliver exceptional service.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in the medical device industry, preferably in surgical sales or endoscopy-related fields would be advantageous.
- Demonstrated success in stakeholder management within hospitals, including procurement and operating theatres.
- A self-starter with strong business acumen and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Flexibility to travel extensively across the region.
