Our client has ambitious plans for expansion in Spain, and you’ll have the opportunity to join their team at the very beginning of this exciting journey.
After an initial introduction period, you will play a key role in opening new stores, recruiting and training store managers and staff, and ensuring the stores operate according to established standards and procedures.
About the Role
As part of the local management team in Spain, you will work closely with the local leadership team and the international headquarters.
The ideal candidate is an outgoing, structured, and well-organized manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be part of a team of regional managers and report directly to the Country Manager.
Your Responsibilities
As a Regional Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing approximately 15 stores, including store managers and staff.
- Optimizing sales and implementing best practices across your stores and region.
- Conducting daily store visits, focusing on performance indicators, budgets, and management.
- Recruiting, training, and coaching store management in your region.
- Coordinating sales and operations with the local management team and international headquarters.
- Acting as a role model for the company’s culture and values.
