Hays Technology is collaborating with a renowned international company to set up their Tech HUB in Barcelona.

We are looking for a mid profile as an IT Service Specialist maximum 5 years of experience focus on Service Management in IT Operations area.

Musts:
- Max. 5 years of experience in IT Operations and IT Service Management
- Knowledge of ITIL
- Previous experience using BI tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Google Looker Studio
- Analytical and communication skills
- High level of English

Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Agile / SCRUM / Iterative Development
- ITIL certification
- Basic knowledge of German
- Project Management

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing all projects in cooperation with other units that interact with IT service management.
- Help product teams gain new insights to enable smarter decisions, better support, and delivery of products and services.
