YOUR MISSION

Louis Vuitton Mediterranean is currently seeking a driven and motivated candidate for the role of Advisor for Public Relations & Communication department, based in our Madrid Head Office. The Advisor for PR & Communication department will be responsible for providing exceptional and elevated tasks in the areas of PR, Communications and Media and general office administration to the Mediterranean zone.

Job responsibilities

Paid Media:

• Aid in the development of print and digital media strategy with zone and agencies to maximize paid media within the Mediterranean Region. Give recommendations based on local business context, audiences, marketing objectives, address critical issues, and ensure local implementation moves forward smoothly.
• Reporting: SOV, Digital performance, Social Media Analytics, Competitors
  
  

Earned Media Activation:

Talent - Influence - community:

• Product Placement: Messaging management, Product monitoring in Launchmetrics, PPT + Excel with the monthly coverage in RRSS
• Reports on actions with influencers: gifting, events, trips...
• Tracking and compilation of posts/stories of competitor actions with influencers.
• DMR Social: Annotation of posts and daily monitoring on RRSS, Monthly review of undetected posts on the platform.
  
  

Press:

• Sending of credits, prices and descriptions.
• Daily, weekly and monthly Best Clipping Reports.
• DMR Web: Daily annotation and monitoring of clipping by subject matter, Monthly analysis of clipping by medium, both LV and competition.
• Branded Content: Elaboration of materials, Invoice management, Management of results reports, Google Analytics: results of the links with UTM.
  
  

Showroom:

• 
  
• Shoppings management.
• Control of Launchmetrics: stock + contacts.
• Control of suppliers: Lyreco, water, coffee, florists, etc.
• Updating of internal materials.
• Press collection.
• Event management support.
• Support the Client Development Director in the delivery of strategy, programs and messages.
  
  

Profile

Required Profile & Experience

• 
  
• A degree in Communication, Marketing, Digital or PR/media.
• A previous first experience in a similar role.
• Desirable knowledge of video editing programs and/or digital animations.
• Mastery of RRSS: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, etc.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English & Spanish.
  
  

Additional information

Requirements:

• 1 year contract as 'contrato de prácticas' (6+6 months)
• University degree, graduated from Bachelor/ Master degree in the past 3 years
• Previous experience as internship only needed (no permanent contracts) to be elegible for a contrato de prácticas
