THE JOB:

As a Customer Service Representative you will manage Customer accounts during the whole order process (from order until invoicing).

You will be:

  • Part of the Business Operations team, managing daily orders and communication for portfolio customers.
  • Managing daily orders and communication for a portfolio of customers.
  • Delivering best practice customer service through a combination of operational excellence and customer centricity initiatives.
  • Giving support to customer service team with improvement initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute the order until invoice process (incl. orders, invoices, returns, refusals and free goods) for the specific market and contribute on the continuous improvement.
  • Be the first point of contact for services issue, handle and solve customer/sales request.
  • Documenting customer specifics / uniqueness to ensure key knowledge is captured and retained.
  • Implementation and follow up of Customer engagement plan together with Sales team ensuring regular meetings with Customer.
  • Identify efficiencies in the logistics with the Customers managed to drive cost savings.


What are we looking for?

  • University Degree
  • Experience in working with retail Customers will be a plus
  • Spoken & written in English (Cambridge First Certificate)
