Role Description

This is a stage role for a Junior Customer Service position with a chance for a long term contract at Eyewear Club in Barcelona. The role involves daily tasks related to customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing overall customer service and experience. The role will also involve preparing parcels and handling daily tasks on logistics and follow up with clients.

Qualifications

• Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction
• Parcels preparation and follow up with customers
• Customer Service and Customer Experience abilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle challenging situations with a positive attitude
• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus
• Basic knowledge of eyewear and fashion industry
