The position

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a People Trainee. This entry-level role is designed for recent graduates or individuals aspiring to build a career in Human Resources. The People Trainee will gain hands-on experience across various HR functions, working closely with our People team to contribute to employee engagement, talent development, and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Support

Assist in job postings and advertising across various platforms.

Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and follow up with candidates.

Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth experience for new hires.

Learning & Development

Help organize training sessions, workshops, and learning programs.

Track employee participation and assist in maintaining training records.

HR Administration

Maintain accurate employee records and assist in updating HR databases.

Support the preparation of HR documents, such as contracts and letters.

Assist with general administrative tasks to support the People team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Eager to learn and contribute to a team-oriented environment.

Experience: No prior experience is required, but any internship or coursework in HR is a plus.

Professional proficiency in English (C1 level or higher).
