The Position

We’re looking for a highly motivated Trainee Digital Growth with a strong interest in digital marketing, e-commerce, and content creation. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to develop skills in Paid Social strategy implementation, Website improvements, and content creation collaboration, contributing to the brand’s digital growth.

Key Responsibilities.

• Assist in the execution of Paid Social strategies, supporting ad campaign setup on TikTok, Pinterest, and Meta.
• Upload and optimize ads across platforms to ensure alignment with the different steps of the funnel and their performance goals.
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Support the creative process for paid media, newsletters, and website which includes generating detailed briefings to the design team, managing and tracking tasks in Asana, and sharing the final assets with the specific teams.
• Help with the coordination of UGC content to ensure it aligns with brand strategy and performance goals.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in creative assets and messaging.
• Support website optimization efforts, including SEO implementation and ongoing benchmarking for improvements.
• Assist in funnel management, ensuring the website is optimized for conversion and user experience.
• Identify and suggest improvements to enhance the digital customer journey.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Recent graduate in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Digital Business, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of paid social advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest).
• Strong and passionate about creativity and design.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Interested in SEO, website optimization, and conversion strategies.
• Familiarity with project management tools (having worked with Asana is a plus).
