Responsibilities

What you will do

You will work in a team environment to provide functional and technical expertise to our clients
- Provide incident resolution and application maintenance
- Perform troubleshooting investigations in front- and backend applications
- Communicate effectively to clients and internal stakeholders
- Document notes, activities, resolutions, and other knowledge articles throughout the lifecycle of an investigation
- Prioritize work based on severity and urgency
- Travel up to 20%
- Participate in on-call rotation as needed
- Willing to work from the fabulous Barcelona office 3 days per week.

Required Experience
- A Bachelor´s degree in IT, Healthcare or related field or equivalent relevant experience
- Fluent English skills
- Desired language skills: Spanish/Swedish/Portuguese/French/German
- Experience using SQL Queries
