The Customer Service Executive will execute “Order to Cash Process” in the Area and Countries according to Sales Operations strategy. She/he is responsible to fulfill Customers (Retailers) service level agreements and KPIs execution across the Area/Countries in alignment with Sales strategy.
Ensure Best Service To Puma Customers
You are Sales team’s most valuable partner in the go to market execution at Area and Country level and will provide best possible customer support.
KPIs and service level will need to be met in full and on time.
Execute Area Ops Directions
Key directions are set by Area Operations. You have to work closely with the Operations and Sales Reps team to ensure execution excellence to our Retailers
Execute “order To Cash Process”
Effective Customer Service is the most important goal.
Order to cash process needs to be executed according to Area guidelines and KPI’s.
Allocation run, Order Release and Invoicing as well as processing of Return and Defectives will need to be executed through the Area/Country according to Operations strategy and directions.
Strong Alignment With Other Functions
Work closely with Sales and Costumers within local organization.
YOUR TALENT
PORTUGUESE IS A MUST.
Education
University degree preferably
Experience
Preferably, Customer Service experience
Experience In SAP Preferred But Not Mandatory
Understanding of Order to Cash process knowledge and understanding.
