Responsibilities

• Culture & Organisation: Help further push and define our culture and be its leading ambassador.
• Recruitment: Develop a common recruitment framework across the company.
• Training & Development: Design Vamos’ career path framework for each member of the company.
• Compensation: Design and implement attractive compensation packages to attract the best talent and boost productivity of existing team members.
• Labour Relations & Administration: Oversee all HR administration tasks including: relationships with payroll advisors, employment contracts, applicable collective agreements, etc…

What we look for

• Relevant experience leading HR teams, preferably within commercial organizations.
• Proven track record guiding organisations through growth phases, driving performance cultures and developing high performing leaders and teams.
• Fluency in English.
• Proactivity and great communication skills.
• Inspirational leader with a team player mentality.
