Your Mission

• Plan and create clear, consistent materials to communicate the status and progress of strategic initiatives
• Introduce and continuously improve templates, tools, and best practices for strategy-related project management
• Identify and assess risks associated with strategy implementation and develop mitigation measures
• Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs to evaluate the success of strategy implementation and measure change within the organization
• Identify new strategic partners and evaluate the performance of existing partnerships
• Conduct detailed research and analysis on market trends, competitors, and best practices
• Support the preparation and facilitation of workshops to align stakeholders and drive strategic decisions

Your Talent

• Above average Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a university or business school in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Initial practical experience (internship or working student position) in strategy consulting or a strategic role within a reputable industrial company
• Highly developed analytical skills, including an advanced level of proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
• Problem-solving skills and a structured work approach
• High willingness to learn, creativity and team orientation
• Strong interest in one or more of the following topics: Corporate Strategy, M&A, Organizational Development, Sales Strategies, Business Model Design, Change Management, and Transformation
• Fluent Spanish and English proficiency, both written and spoken, is required
• Willingness to travel frequently as part of the role
