Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Designer & Content Intern to join our team in Barcelona. The ideal candidate will work closely with our design and content teams, providing support for both agency projects and ventures. This role offers hands-on experience in graphic design, content creation, and brand development, making it a great opportunity for a student or recent graduate looking to build a career in design and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Support: Assist in creating visual assets for digital and print mediums, including social media graphics, marketing materials, presentations, and website elements
• Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and product launches
• Brand Consistency: Ensure that all designs and content maintain brand consistency across different platforms for both clients and ventures
• Social Media Assets: Design and deliver high-quality graphics and visuals tailored for various social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Campaign Support: Support the team in the execution of marketing and branding campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of all creative assets
• Research: Conduct market and trend research to inform design and content strategies, staying up to date with industry trends and best practices
• Collaboration: Work closely with the design, content, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on creative direction and project goals
  
  
  

Requirements

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field or a recent graduate
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar) is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail, with a creative mindset and a passion for design and storytelling
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English (mandatory)
• Ability to work on-site in Barcelona

• Previous internship or freelance experience in graphic design or content creation
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their content requirements
