ASK4 is growing, expanding our services, and reaching new territories, and we are looking for motivated and dedicated individuals to help us reach our ambitious goals. Thanks to new investment we are recruiting to help support the company’s growth as well as maintain the high level of service that ASK4 is renowned for.


ASK4 is looking for a Head of Marketing with a proven track record of driving success in competitive markets, building pipelines for growth, and developing our presence across new territories and product lines. As Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all marketing activities for ASK4 along with delivering actionable marketing strategies that accelerate growth and expand our market share. Your creativity and strategic thinking will drive our presence at industry events and beyond.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Formulate and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote ASK4 services in all sectors and territories.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies by aligning marketing efforts with business goals and leveraging data to optimize lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Create and implement comprehensive GTM strategies and detailed marketing plans.
  • Enhance marketing team capabilities by mentoring and coaching team members, fostering innovation and collaboration.
  • Implement training programs to build a high-performing team.
  • Maintain and Evolve Value Proposition by continuously refining the value proposition based on market feedback, and collaborating with the product teams to ensure alignment with offerings.
  • Optimize marketing budgets by managing and allocating budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Deploying campaigns across multiple channels while ensuring consistent messaging and brand integrity.
  • Support Sales with High-Quality Content by maintaining and providing up-to-date sales materials, ensuring brand coherence and messaging consistency across all channels.
  • Ensure strategic alignment with business goals and market opportunities.
  • Drive initiatives to generate a robust pipeline of prospects and opportunities.
  • Utilize data-driven approaches to optimize lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Create, manage, and maintain external sales materials, including digital channels and proposal templates.
  • Ensure the availability of high-quality, up-to-date content for the sales and account management teams


Our ideal candidate will have experience of:

  • Significant proven leadership experience in marketing, ideally in real estate or technology.
  • Successful track record in developing and executing marketing strategies.
  • Creative Mindset with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Be a Strategic thinker with a strong client-centric approach.
  • Commercial understanding of business drivers and budget management.
  • Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external clients and 3rd parties, across multiple territories.
  • Established track record of exceeding functional targets, KPI’s SLA’s, in quality led, client centric environments.
  • Experience owning marketing P&L.
  • Ability to identify requirements and make recommendations for change through the production of business cases.
  • Evidence of delivering and penetrating evolving propositions into new territories
  • Experience working in matrix management environments.
  • Ability to travel internationally.
  • Spanish or Italian language capabilities are beneficial.
