This position begins as a Rental Coordinator, with the potential to advance into a managerial role, overseeing and expanding our office in El Born.
Key Responsibilities: Rental Coordination: Serve as the liaison between apartment owners and clients, facilitating property rentals in Barcelona.
This includes organizing property visits, capturing photographs, and managing property listings.Team Leadership: Supervise and inspire a diverse team of interns, ensuring productivity and engagement.
This involves coordinating the rental department and monitoring intern performance.Office Administration: Oversee daily office operations, including client interactions, maintaining an organized workspace, and managing communications.Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our property listings and client base, contributing to the company's growth.Requirements: Leadership Ambition: A strong desire to lead and manage a company, with the vision to become the main Office Manager.Language Proficiency: Fluency in both spoken and written English and Spanish is essential.
Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.Experience: Prior experience in a coordinator or managerial role is required.
Familiarity with online marketing and real estate is beneficial.Leadership Skills: Ability to manage and inspire a team of young professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Problem-Solving: Proactive and resourceful, capable of independently addressing challenges and implementing effective solutions.Compensation: The position offers a base salary complemented by commissions on rentals and sales.
Compensation is performance-based, with opportunities for increased earnings aligned with the company's growth.
