We are looking for a Business Analyst for a hybrid project based in Madrid.


Main responsibilities:

  • Partner with Business Process Owners to develop a shared end-to-end vision of core business processes, their maturity level and a strategy, plan, and governance to progressively improve maturity through process mining, automation and E2E integration.
  • Define, implement and enable the consistency of the E2E lead to cash operating model across a complex ecosystem of stakeholders and systems - embedding several business units, several functions (customer support, Customer Success Managers, Account Managers, Delivery Managers,…), several products and services through omnichannel engagements.
  • Drive and enable the decision-making on critical business stakes, proposing several scenarios and options / recommendations.
  • Partner with Business Process Owners to define and analyze Process Performance and SLAs, Process Adoption Rates, and metrics to quantify and measure inefficiencies.
  • Collaborate with Business and DTS teams to enable a full consistency in terms of processes / data and architecture.
  • Promote and propose any automation opportunities leveraging state of the art capabilities: GenAI, RPA, Agentic AI,…
  • Make the bridge and collaborate close to DTS solution teams to support the design of the solutions that are part of our to be landscape: high level mockups, prototypes, demos,..
  • Make the bridge and collaborate close to Data teams to secure E2E consistency of data flows (transactional and master data).

  • Initiates and leads new approaches and proactively addresses risks.

Process modelling and analysis:

  • Knowledge of process modelling techniques, ability to analyse business processes identifying inefficiencies and proposing improvements.

IT / digital solution skills:

  • Knowledge of the key capabilities of the IT solutions that are part of our L2C landscape.

Data Analysis:

  • Ability to extract insights from large datasets, analyse data and metrics to drive decisions and improvements and make data driven recommendations.

Analytical skills:

  • Ability to assess multiple options and propose a preferred solution, critical thinking.
  • Ability to use a methodical step-by-step approach to break down complex problems or processes into parts, identify causes and effects patterns and analyse problems to arrive to an appropriate solution.

Writing skills:

  • Ability to produce clear, well-structured, detailed text on complex subjects, document from scratch methodologies, operating models, processes, projects and portfolios set ups, roles and responsibilities, etc., ability to document findings and outcomes for the stakeholders.

Presentation skills:

  • Ability to create well-structured presentation materials for discussing and understanding complex topics.

Communication skills:

  • Ability to express ideas and opinions clearly, define messages and reach a common understanding of issues, addressing the audience effectively

Organizational skills

  • Organizational and planning skills, time management

Decision Making:

  • Assesses and analyses situations accurately, grasping complexities and identifying key issues. Applies sound judgment in a timely manner, recognising the consequences of actions.

Priority Setting:

Ability to set the right priority to tasks, based on different criteria (Customer priority, Amadeus priority, feasibility, sizing & phasing).


Methodologies:

  • Process Management Methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Process Management Methodologies and an experience working in such contexts.
  • Agile Methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban etc.) and an experience working in such contexts.


Skills:

  • Fluent English is mandatory (listening, reading, speaking, writing).
  • Agile methodology.
  • ARIS - Mandatory.
  • Salesforce - Mandatory.
  • ServiceNow - Nice to have.
  • Adobe - Nice to have.
  • Conga - Nice to have.
