What You’ll Bring:

• Good understanding of computers and networks.
• Good computer interest & skills based on Windows and other Microsoft products.
• Understanding of IT security and network problematics.
• Communicative personality with a proactive approach.
• English language level: B2 high
• Experience in international company.
  
• Experience with AAD, Mobile Device Management or Mobile Application Management, O365 admin center, Exchange admin center.
• Knowledge of Incident, Problem Management, Request Fulfillment, Asset Management, and experience with ITSM tools.

What You’ll Do: 

• Providing on-site and remote support for HW, SW and network infrastructure.
• Travel and support the office in Madrid.
• Install, mount, care, and replace user infrastructure, such as computers, meeting room equipment, and other peripherals.
• Installation of software applications, mainly based on Microsoft services such as Windows 11, Office 365, and Intune.
• Administration of User Directory, Emails and other collaboration tools.
• Prepare and maintain HW for user’s workplace in office, or home-office setup.
• Managing the inventory and the inventory database.
• IT introduction for new employees, HW, SW and knowledge handover.
• Creating and updating IT guides.
• Resolving incidents, standard requests, and collaborating with other IT teams.
• Maintaining local IT infrastructure.
