About Overproof Media

Overproof Media is a creative service company and media agency producing photography, video and design for the food, beverage and hospitality industry. A sister company to European Bartender School, our vision is to be the go-to content creator in the hospitality industry, offering professionally executed creative services that capture the best of our client businesses.

As our Production Intern, you’ll work closely with, and learn from, our Creative Director & Content Producers to get a complete understanding of every part of the production process. You’ll help us to bring the brand and value proposition of our customers to life; both in their eyes and in those of their audiences.

Pre-Production

Here’s what you’ll do:

• Organize and maintain production schedules, shot lists, and client briefs to ensure smooth workflow.
• Prepare equipment, research locations and props, and set up studio spaces for efficient shoot execution.
  
  

Production (On Set & Studio):

• Set up and break down equipment, assist with set design, and manage props and decorations.
• Support photographers and videographers with BTS footage, camera operations, and basic audio setup.
  
  

Post-Production:

• Backup, organize, and categorize raw footage and images for easy access.
• Assist with minor editing tasks, such as colour correction, cropping, and assembling social media clips.
  
  

General Tasks:

• Track production equipment inventory, assist with social media content, and coordinate with models or clients on shoot days.
• Run errands, participate in brainstorming sessions, and help maintain a clean, organized studio space.
  
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Academic background in photography, videography and/or design.
• Basic knowledge of camera equipment and editing software (Davinci Resolve, Adobe After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop is a plus).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to take direction and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for the hospitality and beverage industry is a plus.
• Availability to work flexible hours depending on shoot schedules.
  
  

Conditions And Benefits

• This is a paid internship of six months with a remuneration of €700 per month
• Full-time position, 40 hours per week
• Flexible working hours with a Monday to Friday schedule, but with some projects outside of this frame
• Occasional travel to various locations for on-site productions
• Occasional weekend/evening/night working hours for event coverage and on-site productions
• All equipment needed for your tasks will be supplied
• Birthday off and mental health days provided
