Ready to be part of the challenge?🚀

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Trainer Intern to join our Customer Experience (CX) team. The ideal candidate is proactive, quick-thinking, and has a vibrant personality. You should be able to assist effectively, demonstrating high emotional intelligence, resilience, patience, and a strong willingness to learn. This is an onsite position, perfect for someone looking to make a significant impact while gaining valuable experience in training, coaching, and customer service, with a focus on upselling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and updating of engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.
  • Co-facilitate lively and interactive training sessions for new hires and existing employees.
  • Organize and set up training sessions, workshops, and webinars efficiently.
  • Understand and align training content with the company’s customer service protocols and procedures.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for training improvement and customer experience enhancement.
  • Collaborate with the CX team to develop and implement strategies that boost customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop training modules focused on enhancing upselling techniques and strategies.
  • Provide administrative support for training programs, including scheduling, tracking attendance, and maintaining training records.
  • Prepare reports and analyze training effectiveness and its impact on customer experience.
  • Manage and update the training calendar, ensuring timely communication of upcoming sessions
  • Work closely with senior trainers, customer service managers, and team members to understand training needs and objectives.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with team members, ensuring training content is understood.
  • Participate in team meetings, bringing creative ideas for improving training and customer service processes.

Your Profile:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, Communications, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required. Proficiency in German, Italian, or French is a plus.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to present information clearly and engage an audience effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships and work collaboratively.
  • High emotional intelligence with empathy, patience, and a willingness to learn.
  • Highly organized with excellent time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Quick thinker with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • High resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a customer service, or training role is beneficial but not required.
