Your Role

We are looking for an ambitious, growth-driven, and self-sufficient individual to manage and scale FloraChic independently. This role is ideal for someone eager to build a brand, drive online sales, and optimize digital marketing strategies while having the support of an experienced e-commerce company.

As a Junior E-Commerce Manager, you will be responsible for growing FloraChic from end to end, including digital marketing, data analysis, customer engagement, and business strategy. You will have the opportunity to experiment, innovate, and implement your ideas, driving measurable impact on the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• E-Commerce Management: Oversee and optimize the online store, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and website performance.
• Digital Marketing & Customer Acquisition:
• Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media marketing).
• Optimize SEO and content strategies to improve organic visibility.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns for customer retention.
• Data Analysis & Performance Optimization:
• Track and analyze sales, conversion rates, and marketing performance.
• Use data-driven insights to improve website usability and marketing effectiveness.
• Identify trends and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Problem Solving & Business Development:
• Identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and improve user experience.
• Proactively solve operational challenges and improve efficiency.
• Explore new market opportunities and partnerships to expand FloraChic.
• Customer Experience & Brand Growth:
• Ensure a seamless and engaging customer journey from browsing to checkout.
• Develop creative campaigns and seasonal promotions to boost engagement.
• Maintain FloraChic’s brand identity and ensure high-quality service.
