Grupo Fertiberia is a major player in the plant nutrition sector in Europe and also produces environmental solutions for industry and other sectors. The position will belong to Fertiberia Corporate and will be based in Madrid, with the possibility of occasional travel to one of the work centres of the group's companies.
The Transformation Office Liaison is responsible for facilitating communication and collaboration between the transformation office and various stakeholders across the organization. This role ensures that transformation initiatives are aligned with the organization's strategic goals and are executed efficiently. The liaison acts as a central point of contact, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring that all parties have a clear understanding of the transformation processes and objectives.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES:
- Communication and Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact between the transformation office and other departments. Facilitate regular meetings and ensure clear communication of transformation goals, progress, and challenges.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure their engagement and support for transformation initiatives. Address any concerns or resistance to change.
- Project Management Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of transformation projects. Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and distribute regular reports on the status of transformation initiatives. Maintain accurate records and documentation to support decision-making and accountability.
- Change Management: Support change management efforts by identifying potential barriers to change and developing strategies to overcome them. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Fostering CoFostering Continuous Improvement: Encourage and implement practices that support ongoing improvement and learning within the organization. Identify opportunities for process enhancements and drive initiatives to achieve operational excellence.
- Facilitate Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to ensure alignment and collaboration on transformation initiatives. Break down silos and promote teamwork across different functions.
- Raise and Manage Interdependencies: Identify and manage interdependencies between projects and initiatives to ensure cohesive and synchronized execution. Address any conflicts or issues that arise from these interdependencies.
- Financial Impact Tracking: Collaborate with the Finance Liaison to monitor and report on the financial impacts of transformation initiatives. Ensure that financial goals are being met and provide insights for financial planning.
- FTE Impact Tracking: Work with the HR Liaison to track the impact of transformation initiatives on Full-Time Equivalents (FTEs). Ensure that workforce changes are aligned with strategic objectives and support organizational needs.
- Communication Management: Liaise with the Communication Director to manage transformation-related communications across all audiences and means. Ensure that messaging is consistent, clear, and effectively reaches all stakeholders through appropriate channels.
- Risk Management: Raise and manage risks associated with transformation initiatives. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Steering Committee Support: Support the preparation of updates for Steering Committees. Ensure that committee members are informed of progress, challenges, and strategic decisions.
- Program Management Tool and Performance Management Infrastructure: Manage the Program Management Tool and Performance Infrastructure that supports overall transformation management. Ensure that these tools are effectively utilized to track progress, performance, and outcomes.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., PMP, Change Management) is preferred.
- Specific training in: transformation, change methodologies and project management (Prosci, LeanSigma, PMI/PMP, Prince,...).
- Specific knowledge in emerging technologies
- Experience: Proven experience, at least 5 years, in project management, change management, or a similar role within a transformation office or PMO. Experience in managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Attributes: Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing circumstances.
- English: C1 level
- Computer tools: Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Availability for immediate hiring
- Willingness to travel occasionally
