With a $25M+ project scope for the next six months, the agency has already secured major clients.

They specialize in HCP marketing, digital sales aids, websites, email campaigns, and multi-channel solutions across various therapeutic areas such as diabetes and oncology.

The Role

As Director, Client Services, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and growing key pharma client relationships in Spain and across Europe
• Overseeing multi-channel marketing projects from strategy to execution
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including creative, medical, and digital specialists
• Driving operational excellence and ensuring high-quality deliverables
• Supporting business growth by identifying opportunities within existing and new accounts

Who You Are

• Healthcare advertising pro – Strong background in pharma/healthcare marketing agencies
• Client-focused leader – Proven experience managing large-scale client accounts
• Strategic thinker – Ability to navigate complex pharma marketing landscapes
• Multilingual communicator – Fluent in Spanish (native) and English
• Flexible & travel-ready – Comfortable with weekly client visits (initially) across European locations
