Descripción
The PMO will have responsibility over the governance and Control of all the entity's projects as PMO, guaranteeing continuous monitoring of both the plan and, the environment that may affect it.
Development of the methodology described in the entity's Project Management Framework, guaranteeing its application by all areas involved in project development. Continuous improvement of project management based on the lessons learned.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- Inventory of project requests provided by business areas.
- Validation of project proposals, ensuring that they have the necessary detail for their understanding by the development areas (technical / functional, internal / external).
- Evaluation and scoring of projects according to the criteria defined for their prioritization.
- Consolidation of the project list and presentation to the Project Management Committee for approval and prioritization. Monitor analytics and metrics results.
- Streamlining of planning sessions and planning development considering Business and IT times.
- Management of project documentation (requests, functional documents, risks, test cases...)
- Loading of projects, planning and maintenance in the project management tool.
- Project monitoring sessions, according to the prioritization criteria of each one. Leadership of this sessions and updating.
- Identification of project risks and coordination of the definition of mitigating actions with the Project Owner.
- Definition and monitoring of project success KPIs.
- Maintaining an inventory of lessons learned for each project
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
The PMO will be pro-active, professional, with a strong leadership and communication skills as well organized and able to work under pressure.
Proven track record for planning, executing, controlling, and closing projects and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
Experience of managing the complete lifecycle.
Details:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- Strong skills in creating and maintaining projects and programme plans, including risks, actions, issues, and dependencies.
- A minimum of 5+ years experience performing project management role on complex projects. Use of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Knowledge of benefits and dependency mapping, risk management and resource planning.
- Excellent written/oral communication skills for reports and presentations.
- Ability to communicate and interact at all levels of the organisation.
- Focus on our customer relationships and impact on customer service.
Tools:
- Microsoft: Office 365, Teams, Project, Sharepoint.
- Project Management: Zoho Projects, JIRA (or similar)
