For one of our main customers based in Sant Cugat, we are looking for a MKT Business Support / Analyst.

General Data:

• Full time contract.
• Model: Hybrid.
• 40h. per week.
• Location: Sant Cugat (Barcelona).
• Start date: ASAP.
• Salary range: 25K – 30K

Main tasks:

• Reception, Excel creation, storage in the SharePoint correctly all together + creation of an excel with all the quotes generated and which ones are accepted or not to create statistics.
• Request in Prompt all the 3rd Party / Partner part number, from solutions to some specific parts (core shafts) or kits, or upgrades etc.
• Consolidating all the costs provided: consolidate them to compare months, years, quarters etc.
• Support on the integration fees project: create a data base of all configurations with which integrations fees apply, to create better quotes.
• Capturing all the deals from the software – this information will be integrated with the excel of all the quotes. Obtain attaching rates, % of which solutions are sold the most etc.
• Partner management to improve execution on existing plans and new plans.
• 3rd party end of life management.
• Track partner revenue, margins, quote and prepare reports.
• Keep updated partner catalog master file.
• PO creation for partner testing and papers for events.

Requirements:

• Good background in Marketing (accustomed to administrative tasks).
• Technology-oriented (printing, ideally) or technicians who want to move into business (Marketing).
