GENERAL DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Marketing Intern to support the Communications Department. The intern will
assist with content creation, internal communications, event coordination, and the development of
digital and printed materials.
This role offers hands-on experience in corporate communications and brand management, contributing to brand awareness campaigns that promote project milestones, company benefits, employer branding, offshore wind energy and CSR programmes both, internally and externally.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Assist in the creation and adaptation of internal and external communication materials, including newsletters, presentations, fact sheets, and social media content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project messaging.
• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of events, including internal meetings, project milestones, industry conferences, and public outreach activities.
• Assist in the development of digital assets, including infographics, visuals, and video content to enhance communication materials.
• Contribute to the management and organization of the company’s photo and video library, ensuring assets are tagged and easy to access.
• Support corporate branding initiatives of our projects, ensuring all materials follow visual identity guidelines.
• Assist with internal communication campaigns to engage employees and align them with company values, milestones, and business objectives.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
• Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field. Master is a plus.
• Interest in renewable energy, offshore wind, and sustainability topics is a plus.
• Basic understanding of corporate communications, marketing strategies, and digital media.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, content scheduling, and engagement tracking.
• Exposure to event planning or project coordination is beneficial.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
LANGUAGES
• High level of English (C1 at least), spoken and written.
• Spanish and Portuguese is a plus
SKILLS
• Excellent writing and editing skills (both short-form and long-form content).
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Attention to detail to ensure content accuracy and brand consistency.
• Creative mindset with an ability to suggest visual and messaging improvements.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
• Basic design skills (experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools is an advantage).
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under deadlines.
• Proactive and eager to learn, with a hands-on approach.
