Patrique Mercier Recruitment is currently seeking a Portuguese Speaking Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for researching and prospecting potential clients in Portuguese-speaking markets, reaching out to them via phone, email, and other channels, and qualifying leads. You will work closely with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven individual with excellent communication skills in Portuguese. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, be able to work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken
• Prior experience in sales, account development, or a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong prospecting and lead qualification abilities
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of the recruitment industry is a plus
