Our top merchants are automating up to 60% of their support tickets through Yuma.

Yuma was founded by Guillaume Luccisano, a 3rd time YC founder.

JOB DESCRIPTION: As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) Intern for the french market at Yuma, you will play a key role in the company’s business development. You will be responsible for generating business opportunities by identifying and qualifying prospects through various channels (emails, events, cold calls, etc.). You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to maximize the impact of our sales activities.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new prospects using various prospecting techniques (emails, cold calls, event participation, etc.).
  • Relationship Development: Build relationships with C-level contacts within target accounts, becoming an expert in the industry and the products we offer.
  • Analysis and Planning: Develop a sales plan, create and maintain a monthly sales forecast by identifying market needs and communicating them to the company.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work alongside the marketing team to leverage engagement generated by events and lead generation activities. Share insights on prospect needs with the product and marketing teams.
  • Objectives and Results: Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.

PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Intrinsic Motivation: A strong desire to succeed, with a proactive attitude and high level of autonomy.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Negotiation Aptitude: Confident and able to interact with high-level individuals, both in person and over the phone.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience or knowledge in SaaS, CRM, data analysis, or e-commerce would be a plus.
  • Adaptability: Enjoys working in a dynamic startup culture and contributing creative new ideas.
