Job Description:
We are looking for an Inhouse Recruiter with a passion for finding and attracting top talent to help scale our fast-growing business. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, while ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Your work will be instrumental in building the teams that drive the success of our company.
Recruiting the right talent is at the heart of our business strategy, and you will play a key role in identifying individuals who align with our values and contribute to our growth. Your ability to understand the needs of different departments and quickly identify the best candidates will make a tangible impact on our business.
As someone with deep recruitment experience, you will be a trusted partner to department heads, guiding them through the hiring process and ensuring we bring in the best talent. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by the challenge of hiring for a variety of roles across the business.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and offer negotiation.
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of high-quality candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and engagement.
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Conducting thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidates are a strong fit for both the role and company culture.
- Providing a positive candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and smooth processes throughout.
- Coordinating and overseeing the onboarding process to ensure new hires are set up for success from day one.
- Continuously improving our recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our recruitment strategies remain competitive.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in recruitment, preferably in-house or a combination of in-house and agency.
- Proven experience managing the full recruitment cycle for a variety of roles.
- Strong sourcing skills, including experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other candidate sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- A good understanding of employer branding and how to attract talent in a competitive market.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong communicator and fluent in English
