We are looking for experienced Supply Chain Specialists to join the Global Planning HUB in Barcelona. The Planning Hub is dedicated to Luxury and Consumer Beauty products, overseeing all elements of the E2E supply cycle. Our office is currently in the Granollers Factory (soon to be relocating to Barcelona) - a flagship production site in the global supply network of COTY.

Responsibilities

This position supports the Global Supply Chain Planning Team with an opportunity to collaborate and grow alongside supply chain professionals, directly contribute to business results, and lead process improvements.

We are a fast-paced multi-functional and multi-cultural planning team.

We execute with excellence the daily operations in these departments:

• Material planning (raw material and packaging): delivering service and inventory for a portfolio of global and local suppliers.
• Material Supply Management: developing relationships and leading agility projects with vendors.
• Production planning: in charge of delivering service and inventory for a selection of manufacturing lines, as well as capacity levelling.
• Sub-contractor planning: in charge of delivering service and inventory for products outsourced to external manufacturers.
• Distribution planning: in charge of risk management (risk of products being out of stock); point of contact for the markets; responsible for delivering the right product quantity at the right time to the right place.
• Category Supply Planning: in charge of big data analysis that supports decision-making; leading key processes to drive and maintain a healthy level of Inventory. In each department, we have roles dedicated to new product launches and transformations.
  
  

YOUR MAIN FOCUS

As a Senior Planner You Will:

• Have a unique opportunity to own and lead Supply Chain processes on a global level
• Generate and analyze supply chain data to drive business decisions
• Identify and lead improvements in complex processes and operations
• Contribute to various projects dedicated to products, portfolio, or sourcing changes
• Act as a role model to the rest of the team, build capabilities in others, and coach them

Other than that, we are looking for experienced candidates who:

• Possess Master's Degree (Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business being preferable)
• Experience in Supply Chain
• Fluent in English (this is our working language)
• Possess elevated Excel skills (large databases management and complex formulas)
• Have a good command of SAP
• Are very proactive, curious, and committed to over-deliver results
• Operate with discipline, outperform under pressure, and are well-organized
• Are very strong in communication skills and teamwork
• Are great at problem-solving and managing complexity
• Can demonstrate outstanding ownership, autonomy, and excellent analytical skills
• Are passionate about continuous improvement
• Are interested in developing their long-term career within the Supply Chain field
