Role Summary: The Director of Finance will be instrumental in shaping and driving the financial strategy of our company. This role involves overseeing the financial operations, managing budget processes, and delivering insightful financial reports to enhance decision-making and foster the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Strategy: Develop and refine the company's financial strategy, including risk management, investment planning, and growth tactics.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports for internal stakeholders and external investors, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage the company’s budgeting process. Conduct detailed financial analyses to forecast business performance.
• Financial Modeling and Forecasting: Utilize financial modeling to support decision-making processes, enhance financial forecasting accuracy, and predict future financial scenarios.
• Performance Metrics: Evaluate and report on key performance metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Lifetime Value (LTV).
• Cost Management: Identify and implement cost-saving measures that do not compromise the quality of products or services.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate closely with the CEO and other executives to align financial strategy with overall company goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in financial management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business. CPA or MBA is preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
