Hays Services is collaborating with a global innovator and supplier of low-carbon and alternative-fuelled powertrains.We are looking for a SOTI and 3D Workstation Specialist.

Which are the functions?

- User Support and Training:
- Provide technical support to end-users for mobile devices managed through SOTI and 3D workstations.
- Train users on best practices for utilizing mobile devices and workstations for their specific tasks and applications.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve more complex issues and ensure a smooth user experience.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed documentation for the configuration, management and troubleshooting of SOTI and 3D workstations.
- Provide regular reports on system performance, incidents and compliance for both mobile devices and 3D workstations.
- Document procedures and processes for future reference and knowledge sharing across the IT team.

Which are the requirenments?

English is the program language (oral & written), Spanish is a plus. Strong experience with SOTI MobiControl or similar mobile device management platforms. Knowledge of configuring and managing 3D workstations and performance optimization for graphic-intensive applications. Experience with 3D software and tools. Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues on mobile devices and workstations. Familiarity with device security, encryption and data protection practices. Excellent problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving technical issues. Ability to analyze performance data and recommend solutions to improve system efficiency. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining system security and performance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to assist non-technical users. Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment. Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
