What You'll Do As a Data Scientist

As we enter an era where autonomous AI agents become ubiquitous in all industries, businesses will need tools to understand what these agents do, why they do it and how they can be improved. As a Data Scientist, you'll help us build these tools for our clients, bringing transparency, control and trust to conversational AI systems.

Here's what you'll be doing:

Build Scalable Data Infrastructure: Designing and building real-time, low latency data pipelines that are the foundation layer of our internal dashboards and our Hubtype Analytics product, mostly using Tinybird (Clickhouse).

Collaborate in a cross-functional team: You'll be part of a product squad, being involved in new features since their inception, providing feedback throughout the whole lifecycle from a data angle, defining data tracking plans, implementing data requirements and analyzing post-launch results.

Empower Teams with Data: Use advanced AI models and algorithms to build customized visualizations, compute tailored metrics, and analyze experiments, ensuring data-driven decision-making across the organization, not only in your product squad, but also in Customer Success and other departments.

Drive Experimentation: Design and analyze experiments that incorporate AI-driven insights to validate hypotheses and uncover opportunities for product innovation.

Requirements

• Proven working experience (+2 years) as a Data Scientist, Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst
• Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
• Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc), databases (SQL etc). Bonus points if you have experience in Clickhouse or other columnar data stores for online analytical processing (OLAP) workloads
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong experience in BI tools and creating data visualizations and dashboards. Bonus points if you have experience with Looker
• A problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate AI-driven data into actionable insights
• Passion for improving customer experiences and advancing conversational AI
• Basic programming skills with Python are not required but preferred
• Not required but preferred: experience designing and building public APIs
