¿Dónde vas a trabajar?
The HR Manager will lead and oversee critical HR projects, ensuring seamless management & implementation of payroll systems, compliance with legal and administrative requirements, and optimization of HR processes.
Descripción
Payroll and HR Administration Management:
- Oversee and build the implementation and optimization of the payroll and HR administration service.
- Ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with external providers or internal teams to streamline payroll systems and processes.
Legal and Administrative Compliance:
- Review and update HR policies, procedures, and systems to ensure compliance with legal requirements and collective agreements.
- Act as the primary contact for legal compliance audits and risk assessments related to HR operations.
Time Management and HRIS Implementation:
- Lead the implementation of time management software, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and labor laws.
- Manage end-to-end deployment of HRIS projects, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Train teams on new tools and processes while monitoring their adoption and effectiveness.
Change and Risk Management:
- Develop and execute change management strategies for payroll, HRIS, and administrative reform projects.
- Identify risks related to HR operations and propose mitigation strategies to ensure continuity and compliance.
Collective Bargaining Implementation:
- Coordinate the transition to new collective agreements, ensuring policies, payroll, and processes are updated accordingly.
- Serve as a liaison between management, legal teams, and employee representatives to facilitate effective communication.
Project Management:
- Plan, organize, and execute HR-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project integration into daily operations.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
- Expertise in Payroll management & legal
- Experience In HR tools management
- Experienced in HR management
- English and Spanish is mandatory
- Education: Master's degree in Human Resources
