Main responsabilities and objectives:

- Synthesis of the test results of the activities of the 3 teams (calibration, evaluation and acceleration performance measurement)
- Formal reporting development status to Project Stakeholders at milestones, events and at any necessity.
- To define, request and monitor necessary engineering services, through the service coordinator.
- To lead the organization and execution of test missions in extreme conditions of altitude, altitude and hot climate, altitude and cold climate and extreme cold climate.
- To analyze the requirements of the vehicle project to be developed and support the Section Manager to plan the project activities and estimate the necessary needed resources.
- To prepare and report the deliverables defined for the assigned project(s).
- To lead and support the analysis of technical problems.
- To support the understanding of the achievement level for Driveability and Acceleration Performance of the main Stakeholders in the Company during driving events organized for this purpose.
- Master Science Engineering degree in mechanical/automotive.
- Well-founded knowledge of vehicle dynamics (powertrain oriented).
- Proven in-vehicle Calibration experience of traction systems control functions.
- Proficient with INCA/MDA data measurement and analysis and user knowledge of vehicle instrumentation.
- Availability for frequent travelling and vehicle testing even in most extreme environmental conditions.
- Must: English and Spanish fluent, spoken and written.
- Valid Driving License B.
