We’re seeking an organized and enthusiastic assistant to help with various tasks. The role will involve providing general assistance with personal and administrative duties to the CEO, running errands, and offering support with social media activities for 2025.
Location: Barcelona, Spain (Remote)

Responsibilities:
- General Assistance: Provide support with personal tasks, including coordinating appointments and handling various communication needs.
- Errand Running: Assist with everyday errands and logistical tasks to help streamline daily activities.
- Social Media Support: Help with planning, scheduling, and executing social media content and campaigns for the year ahead.
- Team Support: Assist team members with various administrative tasks and any other needs as required.
Requirements:
- Proactive and reliable – You take ownership of your tasks and ensure things are completed on time.
- Fluent in Spanish – Comfortable communicating in Spanish for personal and professional matters (English is required).
- Flexible and adaptable – Able to manage a variety of tasks with attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- Tech-savvy – Familiar with social media platforms and basic digital tools.
- No prior experience required – We’re open to candidates with little experience, but we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn. This role is perfect for a student or young professional looking for growth.
