THE ROLE

We are seeking a Fashion Producer Intern to join our dynamic team! This is a unique opportunity to support our Brand Production team across e-commerce shoots, flat lays, studio logistics, castings, and external content management. This is a hands-on role that will give you insight into the full lifecycle of content production for a fashion brand — from pre-production to post-shoot logistics.

If you are passionate about fashion, highly organized, and excited to learn in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, this role is for you.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Support the production team with sample preparation, on-set assistance, and styling coordination during shootings.
• Help manage and organize the studio closet, including dry cleaning, restocking, and occasional shopping.
• Upload and update visual content across platforms like Shopify, Cloudinary, and Drive.
• Assist during face-to-face castings, coordinating with agencies and organizing visual materials.
• Create and maintain essential documents such as call sheets, production calendars, and casting files.
• Help bring creative ideas to life for both campaigns and e-commerce projects.
• Track timelines, budgets, and logistics, making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
• Actively contribute in brainstorming sessions, sharing ideas and solutions to improve creative output.
  
  

YOU WILL ROCK AT THIS ROLE IF YOU…

• Are currently studying or recently graduated in Fashion, Communication, Audiovisual Production, or a related field.
• Are fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Have proven experience using the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc).
• Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Are a proactive team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Feel comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Are passionate about fashion, content creation, and the production process.
• Have a can-do attitude and are always eager to learn and contribute.
