Digital Lead Iberia for Pharma
Position purpose
The main purpose of this Digital Lead is to drive and influence digital strategy to achieve business outcomes, aligning technology and business needs, and leading multi-year digital roadmaps to ensure successful implementation and adoption of digital solutions
The Digital Lead (DL) Ibera (m/f/d) fully understands the business of the respective markets (Spain and Portugal) with a clear focus on becoming a data-driven organization continuously improving Customer Experience and unlocking Business Value.
The DL Iberia steers all IT related activities based on a holistic understanding of different brand businesses bridging between the Customer and Product Squad teams as well as the IT platforms like Customer Engagement Platform and foundational IT platforms. The DL contributes to the Digital Strategy as part of the Business Strategy, acts as a Change Agent for our Digital activities and contributes to our continuous Digital Portfolio development.

- Guide and drive digital strategy
- Drive and influence digital strategy to achieve business outcomes by aligning technology and business needs to create a cohesive strategy
- Build and maintain long-term/multi-year digital roadmaps focused on business outcomes
- Lead strategic prioritization and funding allocations to platforms across roadmaps, considering business impact and total cost of ownership
- Promotes and drives digital transformation (including towards an AI-driven enterprise applying DSO principles) with all customer and product teams in Iberia
- Drives and Steers portfolio: Orchestrate all digital activities around markets portfolio as well as influence strategic adoption and implementation of related digital solutions and Pill+ assets in partnership with platforms and business team(s) (customer, product, technical, enabling teams)
- Transparently share with business team progress on business outcomes connected to technical key results and relevant key learning and potential trade-offs as part of 90-day cycles
- Ensures digital governance
- Bring your business and digital insights to the full potential by bridging between the customer and product teams and the Business Engagement as well as IT Customer Engagement Platform (by representing the business as an "Associated product owner")
- In addition, Digital Leads can drive broader business transformation, leads or contributes to squads (with organization topics like talent, staffing, DSO implementation, financial steering etc) within the IT organization

- University degree (Bachelor or Master) in computer science, science, business administration or an equivalent qualification with relevant work experiences
- Customer focus, business acumen and domain expertise in PH Marketing & Sales subjects
- Cross-cultural sensitivity
- >10y of customer-facing work in IT and/or business functions
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Proven experience in driving digital strategy and leading multi-year digital roadmaps or IT transformation topics
- Strong understanding of business and IT needs, with the ability to align technology and business objectives
- Strong communication skills, analytical, structural and strategic skills as well as proven track record of working with external vendors
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented person with strong mindset to take initiative
- Communication, organization and influencing skills, while demonstrating business insight with a strategic and innovative mindset
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Entrepreneurial drive
- Strong financial acumen with ability to assess ROI and TCO to inform options
- Problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills, Strong ability to think strategically
- Proven track record of successfully in coaching and mentoring highly educated, skilled team members in a global environment
