Your Mission:

🔹 Market Growth & Business Development – Identify opportunities to expand the company’s presence, secure strategic partnerships, and negotiate key agreements.

🔹 Strategic Leadership – Design and implement business plans that align with market trends and sustainability goals.

🔹 Operations Oversight – Manage logistics, optimize efficiency, and guarantee compliance with local regulations.

🔹 People Leadership – Recruit, mentor, and guide multidisciplinary teams in sales, marketing, and operations.

🔹 Financial Oversight – Establish and control budgets, drive profitability, and oversee the rollout of a new ERP system.

🔹 Brand & Marketing Strategy – Enhance brand positioning through targeted campaigns and deep market insights.

🔹 Stakeholder Relations – Represent the company in industry forums, maintain strong ties with headquarters, and provide regular business performance updates.

What You Bring:

✅ A degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field

✅ Extensive leadership experience in senior management roles.

✅ A background in international business environments and stakeholder management

✅ A results-driven mindset with strong leadership, strategic thinking, and customer focus

✅ English is a must and French is a nice.

✅ Familiarity with Spain’s environmental regulations and market landscape

✅ Hands-on, multitasking, and problem-solving approach
