To support its development in Europe, the high-end Japanese watchmaking company Grand Seiko is looking for his/her Marketing and Communication Manager for the Spanish & Portuguese territories
1 / Marketing Budget
· Manage the GS Iberian marketing budget and report to the GSE Marketing Director based in Paris
2 / Communication / Events
· In charge of the Spanish & Portuguese Media Plan and its implementation in correlation with the Marketing Media European or Japanese Department
· Management of the external PR agency: media & digital-Coordination in line with the actuality of the brand in connection following the guidelines
· Organizes and follows the promotion and event communication activities: Launch of the new collections, organization of international, national or local events .. with the trade and the PR
· In charge of the local training roadshows and events
3 / Trade Marketing
· Trade marketing actions on WS (and Retail) in collaboration with the sales manager: pop up events, visual merchandising (Installation of products and competition analysis), window animations, shop in shop etc.
· Coop Ad (Development of media and marketing actions on POS)
· Set up of market analysis
4 / Digital
· Management of the Iberian GS digital eco system (official website, update, SEM, SIO, and possibly e community and e reputation etc ..) under the GSE guidance
· Management of external media agencies media , digital-Coordination and PR activities in line with the news of the brand in connection with the PR policy of GS

Requirements:
· Current Spanish / English and ideally French
· Understanding the marketing mix of a market affecting luxury consumer goods (Sales, Distribution, Evaluation, Communication, PR and POSM)
· Agility and Ability to work in a small team
· Organized and structured
· Communicative and creative
· Reports to the GSE Marketing and Communication Director and the President GS Europe
