This is a fintech firm operating in the payments and wealth management sectors, focussing specifically on the UHNWI’s and luxury end of the market.

This role is responsible for creating and overseeing the customer experience. Every touch point and interaction needs to be first class, this role takes complete ownership of the customer journey.

You will work with customer support teams, concierge, and PA’s to ensure a seamless and positive experience when interacting with the products.

You will already be working in private banking or wealth management, and ideally will have had some exposure to the luxury hospitality industry.

This is a new role to develop and implement customer experience strategies that drive growth and foster loyalty at all touch points.
