The main tasks of this position will be the following:

• Lead and manage a team of Android software engineers, providing technical guidance, mentoring and professional development.
• Drive technical excellence and continuous improvement in code quality, architecture and development practices.
• Actively participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
• Apply guidelines from the architecture and product teams to create innovative and technologically leading solutions.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in Android development, and promote the adoption of best practices within the team.

To be successful in the role you must have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
• +8 years in software development.
• +5 years in positions of responsibility with people in charge
• Advanced knowledge of the required technologies: Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Unit Testing, Design and Architecture Patterns (MVVM & MVI).
• Advanced knowledge of mobile application performance optimization.
• Experience working with design teams to optimize the final customer experience.
• Knowledge of agile methodology, Scrum and Kanban.
• Ability to learn quickly, creativity and initiative.
• Ability to make autonomous decisions.
• Results oriented.
• Team player.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent level of spanish an advance level of english.
