Descripción
- Payroll Administration: Process monthly payrolls (+/- 1.000) ensuring accurate calculations of salaries, overtime, bonuses, holiday pay and deductions in line with Spanish labor laws, the Workers' Statute (Estatuto de los Trabajadores) and local authorities. Calculate severance pay (indemnización por despido) and manage exit processes in compliance with Spanish labor laws.
- Benefits and Incentives Administration: Manage employee benefits, such as meal vouchers, pension plans, and health insurance.
- Tax and Social Security Contributions: Calculate, file and remit employee and employer contributions and withholdings to Seguridad Social and Agencia Tributaria.
- Employee Queries and Support: Payroll concepts like prorrateo, paga extra, and severance pay (finiquito).
- Data and Record Management: Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, tax information, and bank details.
- Coordination with People and Finance functions: Provide employment changes, benefits, onboarding information and other relevant reporting to facilitate accurate recording and reporting of payroll expenses.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
- In-depth knowledge of Spanish labor laws, tax regulations, and Seguridad Social requirements.
- Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., SAP/GlobalView, ADP, or local systems) and data analytics (Excel).
- Strong organizational and analytic skills to manage complex payroll calculations.
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English language (written and spoken). Reporting to France.
- +3 years working within country payroll role.
- Experience operating within an Employee Service model.
- Strong team player with a flexible approach, problem solving and trouble shooting.
Technical / professional qualifications:
Higher education qualification desirable.
Payroll qualification essential.
HR Qualification CIPP (or equivalent) desirable.
