Operational excellence
- Identify, prioritize, and execute projects to improve operational efficiency and performance across the organization.
- Lead cross-functional teams to analyze workflows and implement improvements, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to track operational performance and success metrics for improvement initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the COO and leadership team, contributing to strategic decision-making.
- Step in to manage key functions or teams when other managers are unavailable (e.g., during leave or transitions).
- Provide oversight and guidance to department heads to ensure alignment with operational goals and standards.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact projects that drive organizational success.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with broader company objectives.
- Facilitate clear communication and collaboration across departments for project initiatives.
- Assist the COO in preparing for meetings, presentations, and executive reports.
- Conduct research, gather data, and provide insights to support strategic planning and decision-making.
