Location: Barcelona

The purpose of this position is to create or optimize processes to ensure media creative excellence and an innovative mindset across all Puig media stakeholders, from brand to local markets. You will be part of the global consumer engagement team and serve as the key point of contact with the Media Creative & Innovation Director to coordinate local needs, ensuring strong market relationships and addressing all media creative-related topics.

What you'll get to do

1.    Creative & Innovation Strategy:•    Audit, optimize, and follow up on internal processes related to media creativity.•    Participate in the creation and implementation of the media innovation & creativity strategy across Puig brands.•    Co-manage and follow up on the budget dedicated to creativity and innovation under the supervision of the responsible director.•    Participate in yearly JBP negotiations, providing creative support and negotiating with partners to allocate resources.•    Develop an ESG strategy around creative and innovative concepts, assisting brands in improving their creative services through an ESG lens.

2.    Benchmark & Sourcing:•    Stay updated on media creative trends through regular benchmarking (ad-hoc, KCP, quarterly).•    Manage social media innovation and creativity, focusing on test-and-learn placements with a scalable approach for all Puig brands.•    Source creative tools to facilitate the Puig creative journey (through external or internal development).•    Prospect for media/innovation external festival awards with the help of the media agency.•    Anticipate the impact of AI and other new technologies (e.g., DCO) on the creative journey and onboard brands accordingly.

3.    Reporting:•    Manage and coordinate external agencies for ad hoc reporting or presentations related to the department.•    Contribute to the creation of an internal Puig creative performance dashboard.

4.    Internal & External Communications:•    Serve as the key point of contact for all media creativity-related requests across Puig brands, ensuring effective response and coordination.•    Ensure agile communication on all support created across the Puig WW Media Community.•    Organize creative sessions, including physical events for Brand Content responsibles, in partnership with external creative agencies and media partners.•    Foster innovation by motivating local markets and brands to compete in selected media festival awards. 

We'd love to meet you if you have

•    Initial experience in media and/or content production dedicated to media.•    A curious and proactive mindset.•    Proven ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.•    Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.•    Demonstrated experience in cross-functional collaboration and project management.•    Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and integrity in data reporting.•    Fluency in English and Spanish; French is a plus.•    Superior skills with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and analytics tools.•    Passion for the fragrance, beauty, and personal care industry.
